Prices
All prices are in Pounds Sterling. As we're a UK registered company, this makes our taxes a whole lot easier. If you wish to convert Pounds into your local currency the following website will give you an indication of equivalent price: xe currency convertor
Stock
We sell brand new products as well as used items(these will be indicated as ‘’used’’)
Most products are carried in stock and can be dispatched quickly. Items which are not on site can take longer to be ready for dispatch. We will try and keep you informed of the progress of your order. When an item is pre-ordered and money is taken for that item (as we use Paypal, this is standard), an expected shipping date will be communicated explicitly with the customer prior to purchase.
Delivery Time
When we have the items of your order in stock it is dispatched quickly. In the UK we use Royal Mail First Class Post, for exports we use standard Air Mail unless instructed otherwise. We send you an email when your order has been dispatched. Usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment cleared.
On average:
UK customers - Orders should be with you within two days of dispatch.
European customers - Orders should be with you within three/four days of dispatch.
Rest of World customers - Orders should be with you within four/five days of dispatch.
Delivery Times can vary in busy periods, which we will contact you if your order is to be delayed.
Sending The Order
Find the item you want to buy, add it to your cart and pay for it. There are 2 ways you can pay, you can use Paypal which is our prefered method or you can send cash(registered only) you can choose which method of payment when you are in the checkout. You will receive an order confirmation from Paypal and you will also receive an invoice via email from this website(so you can print and keep for your records). once your order has been shipped you will receive a third email notifying you dispatch of goods.

Paypal to process our transactions. They're reliable and you don't need an account in order to use them.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. It may be that your order has already been dispatched so we are unable to stop it. We cannot guarantee to cancel items from an order. The only opportunity we have to cancel is when waiting for product that is out-of-stock. Guarantees and Returns
All ’’new’’ items are guaranteed to be brand new and should reach you in perfect condition.
We will only replace items that are defective, or sent in error. See our Returns Policy below:
This is subject to you notifying us within seven working days of receipt of the goods and giving a description of the damage / defect. Do not send items back without our permission. Report faulty items by email to
orders@shopelvisuk.com and we will send you return instructions.
Returns Policy
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller using the form in the 'Contact Us' section of the Shop Elvis UK web site. within 7 working days of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller. The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective. If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract and receive a refund by informing the Seller using the form in the 'Contact Us' section of the Shop Elvis UK web site. within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods. The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the supply of software, audio or visual recordings if these have been unsealed by the Consumer. Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges within 30 days of cancellation. If the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Seller shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the Buyer. Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Seller shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
